Consistent social media without doing it yourself
Social media works for most small businesses through consistency rather than viral posts. Customers check your profiles before they buy, partners look at them before they reply, and a page that went quiet eight months ago raises questions. Keeping it active takes a few hours every week, which is usually the first thing a founder drops.
This service takes that work off your plate. Each month we agree a plan, create and schedule the posts, reply to comments and messages within agreed hours, and report back on what worked.
Who this is for
- Founders selling to US, UK or Gulf customers who need an active, credible presence.
- Service businesses that win work through LinkedIn and referrals.
- E-commerce brands that sell through Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
- Businesses that have accounts but no time or plan to keep them going.
Choosing platforms
Being everywhere is rarely the right goal. We focus on two or three platforms that match your customers.
| Platform | Usually works for |
|---|---|
| B2B services, consulting, SaaS, hiring | |
| Consumer brands, e-commerce, hospitality, visual products | |
| Local services, communities, older consumer audiences | |
| X (Twitter) | Tech, founders building in public, news-led brands |
| TikTok and YouTube Shorts | Consumer products with a visual story, younger audiences |
What BookMyLLC handles
- A profile audit and cleanup: bios, links, images and contact details.
- A monthly content calendar agreed with you before anything is posted.
- Post writing and graphic design in your brand style.
- Scheduling and publishing at times your audience is active.
- Replies to comments and direct messages within agreed hours, with anything sensitive passed to you.
- A monthly report on reach, engagement, follower growth and clicks, with next steps.
How it works each month
- Onboarding. We learn your business, customers, tone and anything we must never say.
- Plan. You approve the month's calendar, with themes and key dates.
- Create. Posts and graphics are drafted and shared for approval.
- Publish and engage. Posts go out on schedule and conversations are handled.
- Report. You get the numbers and a short summary of what to change.
What you need to provide
- Admin or editor access to your business pages, not your personal login.
- Brand assets: logo, colours, fonts and any existing photos or videos.
- Product details, offers and news you want to share.
- A contact for approvals and for questions we cannot answer.
Timeline
Onboarding and the first content calendar typically take one to two weeks. Regular posting starts once the first calendar is approved. Meaningful trends usually show after two or three months of consistent posting.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Handing over your personal password. Use business page roles so access can be removed cleanly.
- Buying followers. It damages reach and trust and breaks platform rules.
- Posting only promotions. Useful and behind-the-scenes content gives people a reason to follow.
- Ignoring messages. An unanswered enquiry is a lost customer.
- Judging results after two weeks. Organic social media builds slowly.
What we measure and why
Social platforms report dozens of numbers. Most of them are not worth your attention. Each monthly report focuses on a handful that tell you whether social media is doing its job for your business.
- Reach: how many different people saw your posts. It tells you whether the content is being shown at all.
- Engagement rate: likes, comments, shares and saves divided by reach. It tells you whether the content is interesting to the people who see it.
- Profile visits and link clicks: how many people went further. This is closer to business value than likes.
- Enquiries: direct messages and contact-form leads that came from social. We tag them where possible.
- Follower growth: useful as a trend, not a goal on its own.
Each report ends with two or three changes for the next month, such as more of a format that worked, a different posting time, or dropping a content theme nobody engaged with. Over a few months this is what improves results, rather than any single post.
Your brand voice, written down
During onboarding we write a short voice guide with you: how formal to be, words to use and avoid, topics that are off limits, and how to handle complaints. It keeps posts consistent even when different people write them, and it is yours to keep and use in other marketing.

Social media management at a glance
| Deliverable | How often |
|---|---|
| Content plan | Monthly |
| Post design and copy | As agreed in the plan |
| Scheduling and publishing | Weekly |

Choosing platforms
| Platform | Often works for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| B2B services, consultants, SaaS | Needs a personal voice | |
| Visual brands, retail, lifestyle | Needs steady creative | |
| Local audiences, communities, ads | Organic reach is limited | |
| X | News, tech and live commentary | Fast pace, easy to overpost |
| YouTube | Explainers, tutorials, product demos | Production time |
Doing fewer platforms well beats being everywhere weakly. We start from where your customers already spend time.
How we measure progress
Follower counts are the easiest number to show and often the least useful. We report on what matters to your goal: reach among the right audience, clicks to your site, enquiries and replies. Trends take two or three months of steady posting to appear, so we review the report with you each month and adjust the plan.
Pair it with digital marketing if you want paid campaigns alongside organic posting.
A sample month of work
| Week | What we do |
|---|---|
| One | Review last month's results and agree the plan for the coming month |
| Two | Design and write the posts, then send them for approval |
| Three | Schedule approved posts, respond to comments and messages |
| Four | Prepare the monthly report with recommendations |
You approve what goes out, and you can add urgent posts at any time. We keep a shared calendar so nothing is posted without your knowledge.
Setting a brand voice
Consistent posts begin with a written brand voice: who you are speaking to, how formal or friendly you sound and what words you use or avoid. We build this with you in the first month from your website, existing posts and customer conversations, and we use it as the guide for every piece of copy. It also helps whoever replies to comments, so the tone stays the same wherever people meet your brand.
Common questions
"Will you post as us?" Yes, from the accounts you own, so you keep control and can revoke access at any time. "Can we approve everything?" Yes; nothing is scheduled without your sign-off unless you ask for that. "What if we get negative comments?" We reply politely, escalate anything serious to you and avoid deleting honest criticism.
